Send your records through Speechbolt

Landmark considers cases submitted through Speechbolt. If you already use the app, open it to choose the records you want to send. If you haven't set it up yet, start by requesting access.

Get access to Speechbolt

Speechbolt currently offers private Android access through its public site. Request access there. If you're invited, Speechbolt checks your phone and carrier, explains the plan, and helps you get set up.

An invitation isn't guaranteed. This is an access request, so you shouldn't expect an immediate public download. Check with Speechbolt about iPhone availability.

Keep the details you have

Save the original call or message record. Include timestamps and caller or sender details. Include any voicemail, requests to stop, and related signup or consent information. Your setup affects what's captured. So does the contact.

Keep original records too. A screenshot of one text may leave out the earlier messages that explain how the conversation began or what permission you gave the sender to contact you.

Choose what Landmark receives

Use the app's submission process to select the records you want to send to Landmark. You control that choice. Landmark and Speechbolt share an owner, but the firm doesn't receive your records by default.

What happens after you submit?

Landmark assesses the facts. It decides whether it can take the case. Sending a record does not guarantee a claim, representation, or recovery. You become a client only after Landmark accepts the case and you and the firm sign a written agreement.

Legal deadlines still apply. Don't wait for app access or a response from Landmark before protecting a deadline.

Check the app plan and legal fee terms

Speechbolt explains its plan before you choose to continue. App pricing is separate from Landmark's attorney fees. If Landmark represents you, the contingency fee and cost terms will be in your written agreement.
